Nudge Mieli, of Resonate Life Coaching, is a highly skilled life coach, motivational speaker and mentor. Nudge is Head coach of Forte Boxing Academy, NSW Futures coach for Boxing Australia and has coached Commonwealth Games and Olympic Boxers. He is also a successful businessman.

Having been born and raised in the Shellharbour district, Nudge is well respected in the area and is passionate about his family, clients and the broader community.
He is a son, a father, a business man, a mentor and a coach. The perspective on life he has developed from integrating these roles is displayed in the connections he makes with the clients he works with.

Nudge has been invited to schools, sports training camps and other events to speak about mental health, understanding mindfulness, goal setting and focusing on positive decision making.

He established Resonate Life Coaching with a clear vision... to inspire, support and motivate people. His intention is to help people understand themselves and their goals, and overcome negative emotions and mindsets that can hold them back. Cut it Out
In 1999 I established "Cut It Out Men's Hairstylist" and it has grown into an extremely successful business over the last 20 years. It developed quickly from a one man show to having four full-time staff. I have employed the same team for all that time and haven't had any turn over in staff.
I believe this is a testament to the relationship and report I build with individuals and also the understanding of people's needs and wants from employment. Dealing with so many people one-on-one for the past thirty-four years, this has given me a rare insight into psychology and human behaviour.
Running a successful business and employing staff has built a core understanding of management skills, which has invariably assisted me in Business Coaching others.

2002 - Present
Forte Boxing Academy
Forte Boxing was established in 2002 and has flourished from training a single athlete, to now in 2024, where I am training both professional and amateur athletes.
​
Success has come with training both N.S.W and Australian champions. I have been fortunate enough to work with Olympians, world champions and several athletes abroad.
A career highlight was training a Commonwealth Games athlete who has also found success boxing professionally. My life coaching skills have been an integral part of producing these champions, as the mental side of boxing plays a majority role in their performance. So many kids have benefited from my coaching, both in and out of the ring and have found their way in life.
I continue to be heavily involved in the development of athletes and hold positions both with Boxing NSW and Boxing Australia, working with junior and youth boxers. Being involved in combat sports for almost thirty years, I have a clear understanding of discipline and resilience which is paramount not only in sport, but life in general.

A key focus of his work is human resources and personal development, where he has played a vital role in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. Additionally, Nudge is deeply involved in business coaching and development, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance to help drive the company’s growth.
